The Perks & Thangz membership program (“Perks & Thangz” or the “Program”) is offered by Penz & Thangz, Inc. (“Penz & Thangz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in, purchasing, renewing, or using benefits associated with Perks & Thangz, you agree to the following terms.
By enrolling in, purchasing, renewing, or using benefits associated with Perks & Thangz, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Membership & Rewards Policy.
1. Membership Fee and Automatic Renewal
Perks & Thangz is a paid membership program currently offered for $5.00 per month.
The membership is a recurring subscription and will automatically renew each month using the payment method associated with the membership unless the membership is canceled.
The membership fee is separate from merchandise purchases and does not count toward minimum purchase requirements for rewards, discounts, promotions, or Penz Points.
Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and in good standing.
2. Monthly $10 Reward
Each active Perks & Thangz member receives a $10 reward toward one qualifying merchandise purchase of $25 or more during each membership billing cycle.
The following rules apply:
- The qualifying merchandise subtotal must be at least $25 before taxes and shipping.
- Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the $25 minimum.
- Membership fees do not count toward the $25 minimum.
- The monthly reward may be used once per membership billing cycle.
- The reward expires at the end of the applicable billing cycle.
- Unused monthly rewards do not roll over or accumulate.
- The reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The reward cannot be transferred to another customer or account.
- The reward cannot be applied retroactively to a previously completed purchase.
- Certain products, purchases, or categories may be excluded from eligibility.
- Unless Penz & Thangz specifically states otherwise, the monthly reward cannot be combined with another coupon, promotional reward, or offer in the same transaction.
3. Penz Points
Active Perks & Thangz members earn 1 Penz Point for every $1 spent on eligible merchandise purchases.
Penz Points may not be earned on:
- Taxes
- Shipping charges
- Membership fees
- Gift cards
- Refunded or canceled purchases
- Other products, fees, or transactions designated as ineligible by Penz & Thangz
Points may be calculated based on the eligible merchandise amount actually paid after applicable discounts or rewards.
Penz Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Points are associated with the member’s individual account and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or combined with another customer’s account unless expressly authorized by Penz & Thangz.
4. Penz Points Expiration
Penz Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned, unless a different expiration period is expressly stated in connection with a particular promotion or reward.
Members are responsible for using available points before they expire.
Expired points will not ordinarily be reinstated.
5. Using Penz Points
Penz Points may be redeemed only in accordance with the redemption options made available by Penz & Thangz.
The number of points required for a reward and the value of available point redemptions may vary.
Penz & Thangz may establish minimum or maximum redemption amounts, eligible products, purchase requirements, or other reasonable redemption conditions.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Unless specifically permitted by Penz & Thangz, a Penz Points reward may not be combined with another promotional offer or reward in the same transaction.
6. Membership Cancellation and Frozen Points
A member may cancel their Perks & Thangz membership subject to the cancellation options provided through their account or by Penz & Thangz. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancellation does not result in a refund or prorated refund of the current membership fee.
When a Perks & Thangz membership becomes inactive, expires, or is canceled, the member immediately stops earning and redeeming Penz Points.
Any eligible unused Penz Points remaining in the member’s account will be frozen.
Frozen points cannot be earned, redeemed, transferred, or otherwise used while the membership is inactive.
The former member has a 6-month grace period to rejoin Perks & Thangz.
If the customer rejoins within the 6-month grace period, eligible frozen points may be reactivated, subject to their applicable expiration dates and the rules of the Program.
If the customer does not rejoin within the 6-month grace period, the remaining frozen Penz Points will expire and be forfeited.
Cancellation does not convert unused points or rewards into cash.
7. Monthly Rewards After Cancellation
Cancellation of a membership does not extend the expiration date of an existing monthly reward.
Any unused monthly reward remains subject to its original expiration date and applicable eligibility requirements.
Unused monthly rewards do not convert to cash and do not roll over.
8. Birthday Month and Birthday Benefits
Members are asked to provide their birthday month when joining Perks & Thangz.
Penz & Thangz does not require a member’s exact birth date or birth year for this purpose.
Birthday month information may be used to determine eligibility for birthday rewards, promotions, surprises, or other birthday-related benefits.
Birthday rewards may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, expiration periods, product exclusions, active membership requirements, and other terms disclosed with the reward.
Birthday rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
Penz Points or rewards associated with merchandise that is returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed may be deducted, canceled, or adjusted.
If points or rewards associated with a transaction have already been redeemed before that transaction is reversed, Penz & Thangz reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the member’s points balance, rewards, or account.
Points will not be awarded for canceled or fully refunded purchases.
10. Coupons, Rewards, and Promotional Stacking
Unless Penz & Thangz expressly states otherwise, only one promotional offer or reward may be used per transaction.
The availability of a membership benefit, Penz Points reward, coupon, birthday reward, monthly reward, or other promotion does not automatically mean that it can be combined with another offer.
Penz & Thangz may specifically authorize certain benefits to be combined. Any such exception will be communicated with the applicable promotion or benefit.
11. Membership Accounts
Perks & Thangz membership benefits are associated with the individual customer account used to enroll in the Program.
Members are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Maintaining a valid payment method for recurring membership charges
- Protecting their account login information
- Promptly notifying Penz & Thangz of suspected unauthorized account activity
Memberships, points, rewards, and other Program benefits may not be sold, transferred, reproduced, or used fraudulently.
12. Errors and Account Adjustments
Penz & Thangz reserves the right to correct points balances, rewards, membership information, or other account information when reasonably necessary to correct:
- Technical errors
- Duplicate rewards or points
- Incorrect calculations
- Refunded or canceled transactions
- Unauthorized activity
- System malfunctions
- Administrative errors
An incorrect points balance or reward displayed because of a technical or administrative error does not create an entitlement to that incorrect amount or
13. Fraud, Abuse, or Misuse
Penz & Thangz reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in Perks & Thangz, cancel rewards or points, or restrict Program benefits when there is reasonable evidence of:
- Fraud
- Abuse of the Program
- Manipulation of rewards or points
- Unauthorized account activity
- Multiple accounts created to improperly obtain benefits
- Misuse of coupons or promotions
- Violation of this Membership & Rewards Policy
14. Changes to Perks & Thangz
Penz & Thangz reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the Perks & Thangz Program, including its membership price, benefits, reward amounts, point earning rates, redemption options, exclusions, eligibility requirements, or expiration periods, subject to applicable law.
When appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the website, member account, email, or another reasonable method.
Changes will apply as described when announced and subject to applicable law.
15. Program Availability
Membership benefits, points, rewards, and promotions are subject to eligibility, availability, applicable terms, and proper operation of the Penz & Thangz website and rewards systems.
Temporary website, payment, account, or rewards-system interruptions do not create an entitlement to cash compensation.
Penz & Thangz may make reasonable corrections when a technical or administrative issue affects a member’s account.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with Perks & Thangz, including birthday month information, is handled in accordance with the Penz & Thangz Privacy Policy.
