Penz & Thangz, Inc. does not guarantee that an order will be accepted solely because payment information has been submitted or an attempted payment has been initiated.
7. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
Penz & Thangz Inc may offer membership programs or other services on a recurring subscription basis, including the Perks & Thangz Membership.
By enrolling in a recurring subscription, you authorize Penz & Thangz Inc. and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method provided at enrollment for the applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes at the beginning of each billing period until the subscription is canceled.
The Perks & Thangz Membership is currently $5.00 per month and automatically renews each month unless canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges and will become effective at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to applicable membership benefits through the end of that billing period.
Customers may cancel through any self-service subscription management option made available through their account or by contacting Penz & Thangz Inc at info@penz-n-thangz.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled renewal charge to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Refunds: Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law. Penz & Thangz Inc does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
Failed Payments: If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, membership benefits may be suspended or terminated until payment is successfully completed.
Changes to Membership: Penz & Thangz Inc. may modify the price, benefits, or terms of a subscription. Customers will be provided notice of material changes as required by applicable law before those changes take effect.

8. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products or services. An order is not considered accepted until Penz & Thangz, Inc. has accepted the order for processing.

If Penz & Thangz, Inc. cancels an order after payment has been successfully completed, the customer will be notified and any applicable refund will be processed appropriately.
9. No Order Cancellations
Once an order for physical products has been submitted, it cannot be canceled by the customer. This provision does not apply to recurring subscriptions, which may be canceled as descried in Section 7 above.
